Andrew’s recruitment journey began in 2010 supporting a range of corporate function professionals for a variety of London businesses. Andrew then moved into the recruitment to recruitment industry in 2013 supporting consultants through to directors in the London Recruitment Market. In 2019, Andrew decided to launch ADAMO to specifically help support senior professionals, managers and directors in recruitment – with salaries ranging from £60,000 - £200,000. Our objective is to become the leading brand by creditability within this level globally. Andrew has set his sights on ADAMO’s next stage of growth, and the goal is to not only drive expansion plans globally but also continue to raise the bar for the recruitment to recruitment industry. Outside of the recruitment industry, Andrew also balances a life of family time, health and fitness and countryside living and walks.
